SPORT Formula E World Championship Podium for André Lotterer

The race around Valencia’s Circuit Ricardo Tormo was electric. 24 world-class racers battled it out around the circuit’s tight corners and short straights for the 2021 Formula E World Championship. The course is 3.376km with precisely 15 turns.
British driver Jake Dennis, racing for BMW i Andretti Motorsport, dominated the race, coming in first. He was closely followed by André Lotterer, repping Germany and TAG Heuer Porsche in the Formula E championship, who claimed 2nd place. Lotterer finished just 1.483 seconds after Dennis, earning him a spot on the podium and major congratulations.
Best known for his astounding successes in endurance racing, Lotterer counts loyal fans all over the world, in large part thanks to his multiple cultural allegiances. He is Belgian-German-Peruvian, competing with his Belgian driver’s license, but representing Germany. After living in Japan for several years, Lotterer moved to Monaco, where he currently resides, and still spends time in Belgium, where he was raised.
