Inspired by the Dragon
Even at a glance you can tell that these two timepieces are crafted to evoke the Dragon’s enduring legacy. There are two variants: gold and steel. The steel version comes with a sunray-brushed silver dial. The gold one shimmers with its sunray-brushed 18K 5N pink gold-plated dial. Both watches are graced with rhodium-plated and 18K 5N pink gold plated indexes. The red azuré subdials at 3 and 9 o’clock are quite stunning. They are reminiscent of the iconic reverse panda design. As you watch the red lacquered hand sweep gracefully around the dial, you spot the calligraphic Dragon character at 6 o’clock – a reminder of the inspiration behind the timepiece. Every design element is finely tuned to combine the cultural significance of the Dragon with the storied history of the Carrera.

Dance of the Dragon
Flip the watches around and you’ll find a striking caseback design. Dancing around the sapphire glass is a fiery Chinese Dragon. Look closely and you’ll see the movement that powers these watches. Developed and produced in-house by TAG Heuer, the Calibre Heuer 02 boasts precision, performance and an 80-hour power reserve. The watches are finished with elegant red alligator leather straps that complement the steel and gold cases. The watches are limited to 300 in steel and 50 in gold.
