1. Orange sparks everywhere
The color vibrant orange is celebrated throughout this chronograph. The hue is inspired by the color of the sparks made by racing cars screaming over asphalt. It’s also a nod to fire and heat, the emblematic symbols of speed. The eye-catching color makes heads turn. And the black textures and finishes offer the perfect canvas for the orange to take center stage. The chronograph’s case is made of black, diamond-like carbon (DLC). This adds a deep, elegant richness while also offering you unfailing resistance.
2. A salute to Porsche’s iconic steering wheel
The chronograph’s custom-designed oscillating weight pays homage to the Porsche steering wheel. The weight is visible through the sapphire glass case back. Spot the ‘Porsche’ and ‘TAG Heuer’ labels. The case back is also furnished with black and orange touches, bringing harmony and cohesiveness to the chronograph’s design.
3. Power and precision
The chronograph is based on the famous TAG Heuer Carrera Sport Chronograph. It’s powered by the in-house Calibre Heuer 02, a movement that enables exceptional chronometric performance and offers you an impressive power reserve of 80 hours.
4. Stitched to perfection
The timepiece’s carbon-like calfskin strap – in black, highlighting the vivid orange – is the perfect finishing touch. Its stitching evokes the seat upholstery of Porsche cars. And the dramatic contrast of the orange stitching and lining hints at the tire marks cars leave on the tarmac as they race across the track.
A sparkling heritage
TAG Heuer and Porsche have both left memorable marks on racing history. That’s why in February 2021, the two icons formed one of the strongest partnerships ever seen between a car manufacturer and a watchmaker. Since then, they’ve created five timepieces together. And this chronograph marks their sixth creation. It perfectly encapsulates the glorious collaboration between two icons who are inspired by motorsport and innovation.
